Studio Tenn is located inside The Factory at Franklin (230 Franklin Rd. Franklin, TN 37064), inside the Grand Hall between Mojo’s Tacos and Five Daughters Bakery.

During performances, our box office is closed on Mondays, open from 9-5 on Tuesdays, 12-6 Wednesday through Saturday, and 11-5 on Sundays.
During the run of White Christmas, we are closed on Mondays, open from 12-6 Tuesday through Saturday, and 11-5 on Sunday.
During non-performance weeks, we are open from 9-5 Monday through Friday and from 10-3 on Saturdays. We are closed on Sundays.

The Factory offers free, on-site parking, 7 days a week, in any of the lots surrounding the building. All entrance doors lead to the Grand Hall where the Turner Theater is located.
Valet parking is also available on Thursday and Friday evenings from 5-10pm and Saturdays from 9am-10pm for $14 plus tax and fees. Visit their stand out front near Edley's BBQ to utilize this new feature.

We offer a selection of both alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages for purchase at the bar inside the lobby, including each featured cocktail for every production. Drinks purchased inside The Factory are allowed inside the theater, however they may not be in glass. Food is not permitted inside the Turner Theater.

For the safety of all cast and crew members, recording and photography are strictly prohibited during performances.

While the Turner Theater is wheelchair accessible, Studio Tenn does not have wheelchairs available for public use.

Absolutely! We offer several handicap accessible seating options, as well as an ADA compliant lift for patrons that have purchased tickets on our second floor. Additionally, Studio Tenn is proud to offer ASL interpreted performances on the second Saturday matinee of each show, as well as sensory-friendly performances on the third Saturday matinee of each show. Accessible listening devices are available at all performances.

On occasion, lost items will be turned into Studio Tenn staff for safe keeping. If you have lost an item, please call or visit the box office so that we may assist you.

There is no specific dress code for Studio Tenn performances. The Factory is an old building and may be cold. Please wear clothes that make you comfortable.

TICKETING

There are several different ways to obtain your tickets. The easiest way is to call or visit the box office so that we can print your tickets for you.
If you are a season ticket holder you may access and manage your tickets online by visiting the Studio Tenn Account Manager and logging in with existing Ticketmaster credentials. Once you are logged in, click 'My Events' to view your mobile tickets. When accessing the Account Manager on your mobile device, you will have the option to add tickets to your phone’s wallet. We are also able to print your tickets for you at the box office.
If you purchased tickets online via Ticketmaster your tickets will appear in your Ticketmaster app, where you will have the option to add your tickets to your phone’s wallet. We are also able to print your tickets for you at the box office.
If you purchased tickets via the Studio Tenn box office and did not take your tickets with you at the time of purchase, your tickets will be available for pickup at the box office. -
Yes! Season tickets usually go on sale in late spring and are available throughout the summer.

Ticket prices are determined by the day of the week and the seat location within the Turner Theater.

Yes! We are proud to offer educators, active military, and veterans 15% off of all premium and classic ticket prices with proof of ID. Please note that this discount is only valid on single tickets and cannot be applied towards season tickets.

Yes! Rush tickets are available to students and arts industry professionals only, with valid ID and must be purchased in person at the box office. Rush tickets are only available on the day of each performance and cannot be purchased in advance. For more information, please contact the box office.

If you are unable to attend a performance that you have purchased tickets for, please contact the box office. Refunds will be issued as account credit for use on a future Studio Tenn ticket purchase. Refunds to the original method of payment may be given at the discretion of the box office.
If you would like to exchange your tickets to another date in the show’s run, Studio Tenn will gladly exchange your tickets for free. Specific seating is subject to availability and we cannot guarantee that you will receive the same seats.

Of course! The box office has a record of all ticket purchases and can print or text your ticket to you.

While it is rare that we cancel shows due to the weather, your safety is our utmost concern. If you believe severe weather will prohibit you from attending the show, please call our box office at (615) 541-8200, ext 1.

Our shows begin promptly. Late seating is managed at the discretion of house management. If arriving after the show has begun, you may be asked to wait in the lobby until we can seat you at an appropriate time in the action. If arriving at the theater more than half an hour after the show has begun, we may not be able to guarantee your assigned seats until after intermission.

For sold-out performances, a first-come-first-served waiting list will begin one hour prior to curtain. You must sign up for the waitlist in person. No phone reservations. Should seating become available through ticket donations, release of house seats, or other means, these seats will be released in the order of the waiting list. Wait-listed patrons should remain within the Factory. If we attempt to contact you to redeem waitlisted tickets and are unable to reach you, your name will be moved to the bottom of the list and we will move to the next name. In the case that no tickets become available by the start of the performance, we will contact you to let you know. Please note that specific seat requests cannot be accommodated.

The only places to purchase Studio Tenn tickets are through our in-house box office or through Ticketmaster.com. Studio Tenn does not work with any resellers and cannot honor, refund, or exchange any tickets not purchased through one of the two official sources listed above.
